My Approach
Integrative psychotherapy is an approach to counseling that brings together different schools of thought, with the belief that no single method can capture the full complexity of human experience. Instead of following just one path, integrative therapy uses techniques and perspectives from different traditions, offering a more flexible and personalized way of working. At its heart, this approach is about meeting you where you are, honoring your uniqueness, and finding what best supports your healing and growth.
In our work together, we take time to explore your story, your challenges, and your hopes for change. Each session is a collaborative space where we can look at the patterns shaping your life, gently bring awareness to what may be holding you back, and open up new possibilities for moving forward. I aim to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel understood and supported. Our relationship is central to this process and it becomes a place where healing and transformation can take root.
Although my foundation is integrative psychotherapy, I draw on a variety of approaches, including CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy. This allows me to tailor therapy to your needs, whether that means focusing on the present moment, exploring deeper emotional layers, or learning practical tools for daily life. Throughout this journey, I bring acceptance, compassion, and respect, so together we can work toward greater clarity, resilience, and a sense of wholeness.
