My Approach
I offer integrative therapy for adults, combining evidence-based techniques to meet your unique needs. I provide online therapy in the Netherlands and in-person sessions in Groningen, supporting both local and expat clients navigating anxiety, depression, panic attacks, stress, trauma, and life transitions.

In our sessions, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns to understand how they developed and how they affect your life today. I use a combination of evidence-based approaches, such as:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helps you notice unhelpful thoughts and behaviors and develop healthier ways of thinking and acting. Effective for anxiety, stress, and depression.
